... We’ve all made bad choices in the past or said things we regret. But when those actions hurt ourselves or other people, guilt often follows. Even situations in the past that were not our fault—divorcing parents or physical abuse, for example—can leave us feeling blameworthy, undeserving and unlovable.

I too once said, I don't have any hobbies.
Okay, so I heard it again last night, "Natasha, you aren't normal". I knew that I have always teetered on normality with many facets of my life, but this new reminder was encouraging and empowering. 

Hang in with me here, not being normal, is a good thing in this situation.

Recently, a Pew Research study asked people what’s essential to living “the dream life.”
 
77% said they wanted “Freedom of choice in how to live.”
70% answered “Having a good family life.”
60% said “Retiring comfortably.” 
48% responded “Making a valuable community contribution,” and . . .
43% said “Having a successful career” was essential, too.

I was asked recently what I you do for down time? Down time? Hmmmm. Where do I start?
